Idle games usually mean automatic income ticks or prestige resets. An idle airline game, in Flyorian’s sense, means you can leave mid-route safely: flights continue in real time by distance and cruise speed, then sit ready to claim when you reopen the browser.
You still make CEO choices — which aircraft to lease, which airports to open, when to expand hangars — but the clock does not punish you for closing the tab. That is the opposite of energy meters that expire while you sleep.
Claims are intentional: rewards wait until you collect them, so a weekend of parked landings becomes a pile of cash, materials and XP rather than a missed timer. Prestige and missions still reward active play when you want them.
Do not confuse this annex with free airline game (paywall policy) or the no-download blog guide (install friction). Idle here means offline-safe progression, not monetisation or distribution.
Claim when ready
Landed flights wait for you. Close the laptop after dispatch; cash in when you are back.
Still a management game
Idle does not auto-buy aircraft or auto-open routes. You decide fleet mix and network shape.
No energy decay
Away time never empties a stamina bar. The only limit is aircraft parked, fueled and in range.

Is Flyorian an idle clicker?

Do flights finish while I sleep?
Yes — if their duration fits. Long-haul legs may still be en route when you wake; short hops often wait ready to claim.
Do I lose reward if I forget to claim?
No. Landed flights keep their payout until you claim them.
Can I idle forever without opening the game?
Aircraft only fly when you dispatch them. Idle means safe offline progress on active flights, not infinite AFK income.
